We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR policies.

Experience working with the Zoho Payroll application is mandatory. Candidates must be based in Hyderabad and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.

Process monthly payroll accurately using Zoho Payroll.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Provident Fund (PF), ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Laws, Gratuity, and other applicable compliances.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee queries related to payroll,



benefits, statutory deductions, and HR policies.

Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll and compliance activities.

Generate HR reports, MIS, and payroll reports as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Requirements Required Skills

5+ years of experience in end-to-end HR operations.

Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws).

Hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll.

Good understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad are preferred
