Key Responsibilities

- Design a wide range of creative assets brand identity, marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and digital/print campaigns.

- Translate briefs and business objectives into compelling visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.

- Build and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring visual coherence across teams and channels.

- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, King AI and similar generative AI platforms) to accelerate ideation, concept exploration, and asset production.

- Create motion graphics and short-form video content using After Effects for digital campaigns and social content.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver on time.

- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders; incorporate feedback efficiently.

- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging AI capabilities, and proactively bring current ideas to the team.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.





- Maintain organized design files, templates, and version control for easy handoff and reuse.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 58 years of hands-on professional design experience, ideally with brand or agency exposure.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe AI and After Effects.

- Practical, hands-on experience using AI design/creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, King AI and similar platforms) as part of the day-to-day workflow not just familiarity.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand design, digital, print, and motion work.

- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

- Strategic design mindset able to connect design decisions to business and brand objectives, not just aesthetics.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at scale.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design thinking to non-design stakeholders
