Position Overview The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the conceptualization, design,
development, and execution of high-quality visual communications across print,
digital, social media, corporate branding, and marketing channels. This role ensures that all creative assets align with the organization's brand strategy, business objectives, and user experience standards while maintaining exceptional design quality and consistency.
The incumbent serves as a senior creative professional, providing design leadership,
mentoring junior designers, managing multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing creative production from concept through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development
• Develop innovative and impactful visual concepts that communicate business objectives effectively.
- Translate marketing strategies, campaign briefs, and business requirements into compelling creative solutions.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic design recommendations.
- Lead concept development for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Produce original design ideas that strengthen brand recognition and customer engagement.
- Ensure all creative work reflects current market trends while maintaining brand integrity.
1. Brand Identity Management
• Maintain and strengthen corporate brand identity across all internal and external communications.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate brand guidelines.
- Develop and update brand assets including templates, iconography, graphics,
typography systems, and visual standards.
- Review creative materials for brand consistency before publication.
- Support brand refresh initiatives and visual identity enhancement projects.
- Safeguard the integrity of logos, colour palettes, typography, imagery, and visual language.

- Adapt campaign materials for multiple channels and audience segments.
- Ensure visual consistency across omnichannel marketing campaigns.
1. Digital Design & User Experience
• Create responsive web graphics and digital interfaces.
- Support UI design requirements where applicable.
- Develop visual assets optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Apply user-centred design principles to improve customer experience.
- Optimise graphics for performance without compromising quality.
1. Print Production Management
• Prepare press-ready artwork according to production specifications.
- Manage pre-press processes including bleed, trim, colour profiles, and print resolution.
- Liaise with printers and production vendors to ensure quality output.
- Conduct press checks where required.
- Review proofs and approve final artwork.
- Resolve production issues efficiently.
1. Photography & Image Management
• Direct image selection and visual storytelling.
- Perform advanced photo retouching and manipulation.
- Maintain image libraries and digital asset management systems.
- Coordinate with photographers and external creative partners.
- Ensure licensing compliance for stock photography and digital assets.
1. Motion Graphics & Multimedia (Preferred)
• Create animated graphics for social media and digital marketing.
- Produce motion graphics for presentations and promotional videos.
- Develop GIFs, animated advertisements, and short promotional content.
- Collaborate with video production teams on visual assets.

• Mentor and coach junior graphic designers.
- Conduct creative reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience managing complex design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and marketing design.
