NResponsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design solutions for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

- Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.

- Oversee design projectsfrom concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables.

- Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and other team members.
N
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate new techniques and ideas into design projects.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.

- Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously,

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team.

nQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

nExperience:

- 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred)

- A strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creative thinking

- Attention to detail with excellent communication and time management skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

nSkills:

- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma.
N
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) is a plus
N
- Strong understanding oftypography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Excellent visual designskills with an eye for detail.

- Robust project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and effectively.
