Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to create impactful visual content across both print and digital platforms. The candidate must be proficient in Adobe InDesign and actively use AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality marketing materials, brochures, catalogs, magazines, flyers, banners, social media creatives, and branding assets.
- Create and manage print-ready layouts using Adobe InDesign.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Use AI design tools to generate creative ideas, edit images, automate repetitive tasks, and improve design efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and production teams to deliver projects on time.
- Ensure all artwork is accurate, consistent, and ready for print or digital publication.
- Review and maintain high design standards across all company materials.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance when required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices.

Technical Skills

- Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,



Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Microsoft Designer, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, branding, and print production.
- Knowledge of pre-press processes and print specifications.
- Experience designing for digital marketing, social media, websites, and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Solid portfolio showcasing print and digital design projects.
