A B O U T T H E R O L E

We're hiring a Graphic Designer to own design decisions across branding, marketing and product. You'll think strategically, execute on the ground, and lead a small team of junior designers as we take Anveshan's design journey from zero to one — and well beyond.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the creative direction and the systems behind it, while mentoring the designers who help bring it to life.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

Brand & Design Leadership

Lead & mentor the team. Guide and grow a small team of junior designers, setting creative direction and raising the bar on every output.

Build & guard the brand. Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across every platform and touchpoint.

Set up the system. Build workflows, brand guidelines and processes that scale creative operations.

Stay sharp. Bring fresh, trend-aligned ideas that keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Creative Production

Create work that stops the scroll.



Static creatives, motion graphics, reels and product films — high-quality output, end to end.

Design across mediums. Websites, social, packaging, ads and offline collaterals — digital and print.

Tell stories in motion. Craft animations, transitions and edits that bring brand narratives to life.

Growth & Cross-functional Collaboration

Drive growth campaigns. Partner with Marketing on performance and brand campaigns that move metrics.

Collaborate widely. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing, Content, Product and Operations to align design with business goals.

Own projects start-to-finish. Take complete responsibility from concept to final delivery.

W H A T W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O R

5–8 years' experience as a Graphic / Visual / Communication / Brand Designer, with proven team leadership.

Portfolio that proves it. Strong graphic design chops, demonstrated through a solid body of work.

Ideation grounded in audience. Ability to design for user personas, target audiences and category trends.

Design thinking + sensibility. A keen eye for what's visually right.

Native fluency in social. Deep understanding of how social platforms shape design choices.

Stakeholder communication. Concept development and presentation skills to defend strategic decisions.

Autonomous, collaborative, accountable. Self-driven with project ownership; open to feedback and iteration.

Tool stack. Adobe ecosystem (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and CorelDraw.

Bonus. Working knowledge of Figma and 3D tools like Blender / Cinema 4D.
