:
Role & Responsibilities:
- 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud, with a strong focus on Benefits (Functional).
- Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Advantages.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits (Functional) modules, including plan design, eligibility, rates, and life event processing.
- Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional design for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Design and document functional solutions, configuration workbooks, and process flows for benefits administration in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for benefits-related configurations and enhancements.
- Support benefits open enrollment cycles, including configuration validation, issue resolution, and post-enrollment analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits in collaboration with technical teams and business users.
- Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer on Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits functionalities and processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Core HR, Time and Labor, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of benefits processes.
- Assist in impact analysis and implementation of Oracle quarterly updates and new features for the Benefits module.
- Prepare functional documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration guides for ongoing support and governance.
- Adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices while delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of HR and benefits domain processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits configurations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with global and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
- Adaptability to learn new Oracle HCM Cloud features and related technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other HR, payroll, or benefits systems is an advantage.
- Experience working in an onshore-offshore delivery model is preferred.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Benefits or related modules is an added advantage.
