Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and operational challenges.
- Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for o9 platform configuration and customization.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on industry best practices.

Solution Implementation:

- Configure and implement o9 solutions including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, MEIO, IBP, and S&OP; using reference product models or customized solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in IBPL, Action Buttons, Procedures, Plugins, Widgets, Roles, and DSR.




- Develop and execute test plans to validate solution quality and alignment with client requirements.
- Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure effective adoption of the o9 platform.

Post-Implementation Support:

- Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and enhance solution effectiveness.
- Stay updated on o9 product releases and enhancements, recommending relevant upgrades to clients.
