Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Product Engineer who can take ownership of our Warehouse Management System, identify issues, fix them independently and build scalable solutions for multiple warehouses and clients.

What you will own-

- Understand and improve WMS workflows including inward, palletisation, putaway, inventory, picking, FEFO, dispatch and stock count
- Identify bugs through workflow testing, logs, APIs and database analysis
- Fix frontend, backend and database-level issues independently
- Use AI development tools such as Emergent, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar platforms to accelerate development
- Review and validate AI-generated code before deployment
- Design scalable solutions for multiple clients, warehouses and operational configurations
- Build integrations with ERP systems, RFID platforms, barcode systems, webhooks and third-party APIs
- Improve system performance, audit trails, exception handling, security and data accuracy
- Set up proper testing, deployment, monitoring, backups and technical documentation
- Convert operational requirements into reliable product features

What we are looking for-

- 3–6 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
- Strong understanding of frontend, backend, APIs and relational databases
- Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Java or similar technologies
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or similar databases
- Strong debugging and root-cause-analysis capabilities
- Experience with GitHub,



cloud deployment and production applications
- Ability to independently understand and improve an existing codebase
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, logistics, inventory, manufacturing or warehouse-management products will be an advantage

What matters most-

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to generate applications using AI tools.

We need someone who understands software engineering fundamentals, can review the code generated by AI, identify technical risks and differentiate between a temporary patch and a scalable solution.
