We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-end Engineer to join our personalization team. This team is focused on improving personalized experiences for customers across multiple subscription programs. As an engineer, you will participate in the full product development lifecycle, including architecture design, performance evaluation, code reviews, test coverage, automation, deployment, and maintenance of both new and existing features.
Responsibilities:
- Develop across a modern full stack setting using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Drive the design and implementation of scalable product features and technical solutions.
- Support live, high-scale web and mobile applications that power critical customer experiences.
- Contribute to test automation, monitoring, and alerting initiatives.
- Participate in roadmap prioritization by identifying and advocating for technical improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions through strong communication and collaboration.
- Build scalable, maintainable software capable of supporting millions of users and transactions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Mentor and support other engineers on the team.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5-7 years of experience
- Strong experience with TypeScript / JavaScript

- Experience working within subscription-based and/or e-commerce companies
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
