We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in developing scalable, cloud-native applications and modern digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end software solutions across the front-end and back-end technology stack. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that support business and client objectives.

Primary Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and secure web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and TypeScript

Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, and related technologies

Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and cloud-based services across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments

Implement secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability standards to ensure enterprise-grade application delivery

Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, and technical solutioning sessions

Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, containerization technologies,



and automated deployment practices

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across development, testing, and production environments

Partner with Quality Engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases through unit testing, integration testing, and defect remediation

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting emerging technologies, engineering best practices, and AI-enabled development tools

Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation

Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation

The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

3+ years of experience in full stack application development





Experience with modern front-end frameworks including React, Angular, and responsive web development

Solid experience in Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend development

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform

Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices

Experience working in Agile delivery models and collaborating with distributed teams

Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented design principles, and secure coding standards

Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization

Solid proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript

Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proven exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications, automation frameworks, or healthcare technology solutions will be an added advantage Preferred Qualifications Enterprise-scale application development

Cloud-native architecture and microservices

API security, OAuth2, RBAC, and authentication frameworks
