Key Responsibilities
- Stay hands-on with coding primarily in React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Strong in DSA
- Oversee end-to-end delivery : from planning and architecture to deployment and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features ontime.
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and foster a culture of clean, maintainable code.
- Contribute to backend discussions and integration (basic familiarity with Node.js or similar backend technologies is a plus).
- Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of overall experience in software development, with a strong foundation in frontend technologies.
- Robust hands-on skills in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Exposure to backend systems (Node.js, APIs, or microservice preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to balance codingand leadership
Nice-to-Have :
- Experience in performance optimization and front-end architecture.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities
