Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of front-end developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.

- Architect and build scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end solutions using React.js.

- Define UI architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for front-end development.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX/UI designers, backend teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Drive implementation of reusable components, state management, and modular front-end frameworks.

- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and backend systems.

- Ensure application performance, accessibility, security, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers,



and provide technical guidance to the team.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment activities across environments.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions during development and production support.

- Stay updated with up-to-date front-end technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture.

- 10+ years of overall IT experience

- 10+ years of front-end development experience

- 10+ years of hands-on React.js experience

- Prior experience as a Technical Lead, Front-End Lead, UI Architect, or React Architect

- Location - Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai
