Role Description The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include managing month-end and year-end closing processes, reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Manager will collaborate with leadership and operational teams to evaluate business performance, develop cost optimization strategies, and support pricing and profitability analysis. The role also involves supervising finance staff,



refining internal controls, improving financial processes, and contributing to long-term financial strategy and risk management.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations and standards (e.g., Indian GAAP, IFRS preferred).

Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling, with experience using ERP or financial systems and related tools.

Experience in process improvement, cost control, and efficiency optimization within a finance function.

Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance) are highly beneficial.
