About The Engagement

You will be deployed to our client, a London-headquartered global group in the digital learning and entertainment space, reaching tens of millions of families worldwide. This role sits in the Digital Assets vertical — the group's subscription streaming, gaming and edutainment platforms, distributed across 20+ major global platform and telecom partners.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of FP&A;, you will be the Finance Business Partner for the Digital Assets vertical and the trusted right hand of its General Manager. You own the financial story of the Digital business — its P&L;, KPIs and cash — and you present it monthly to leadership.

This is a commercially embedded role: you'll spend as much time with the GM, Marketing and Operations as you do in the model.

Key Responsibilities Act as Finance Business Partner to the GM of Digital Assets — their day-to-day point of contact for all finance matters, coordinating with finance colleagues to resolve issues Track performance of the Digital Assets business units: P&L;, KPIs and cash Generate and present the monthly Digital Assets MBR to the GM and group leadership Own the Digital Assets budget (starting with the Q4 cycle) and maintain accurate rolling forecasts Partner with key team members across Marketing,



Operations and other functions to understand drivers behind the numbers Work closely with the GM to formulate the vertical's medium- to long-term financial and strategic plan Analyse trends in KPIs, especially financial metrics such as sales, expenditure and profit margin Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, cash forecasting and financial processes for the vertical Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports: tracking performance and operating metrics against plan, with detailed analysis and commentary on results Recommend and lead improvements to the performance management model of the business Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g. BI tooling, dashboard reporting) Ad-hoc business performance reporting Lead and develop 1–2 junior/mid-level Digital Assets FBPs What We're Looking For Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent, with 6–9 years' experience including strong FP&A; / business partnering exposure Demonstrated success partnering directly with commercial leadership (GM / MD / C-suite level) Solid grasp of subscription and digital business metrics (ARPU, churn, LTV/CAC, platform revenue shares) — experience in streaming, gaming, apps or digital media strongly preferred Excellent modelling skills across P&L; and cash flow Confident presenter — you can hold the room in an MBR and defend the numbers Comfortable managing and coaching junior analysts Self-directed and effective in a fully remote, cross-time-zone team What We Offer Fully remote role working UK/EU hours Direct, daily exposure to the GM of a global digital business A clear mandate and an established reporting cadence to build on Skills: corporate fp&a;,mbr,association of chartered certified accountants (acca),churn,p&l;,arpu,cima,aca
