Job Opening: Senior Fashion Designer

Experience: 10–12 Years

Salary: ₹1.00 – ₹1.25 LPA (Per Month)

Qualification

- Graduate from NIFT, Pearl Academy, Amity, or equivalent.

Key Requirements

- Strong knowledge of knit fabrics and garment construction.
- Experience in high-fashion garment design & product development.
- Expertise in trend forecasting, mood boards, sampling, and collection development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Excellent communication, buyer handling, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop seasonal collections from concept to production.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and silhouettes.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, production, and vendors.
- Manage sample development and buyer approvals.
- Source fabrics and trims while ensuring quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and lead the design team.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
