NTech Transfer is responsible for supporting feasibility studies, pilot scale trials, and documentation required for smooth and compliant technology transfer from lab to plant.

- Support feasibility and scale-up activities under guidance to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

- Contribute to recent process documentation and compliance as per regulatory and internal quality standards.

- Stay informed on basic industry technology trends relevant to tech transfer.

nOperational

- Execute assigned experimental procedures and sampling for lab/pilot batches.
N
- Collect, compile, and record process data as per guidelines.
N
- Assist in reviewing andupdating process documentation (BMR, PDR, etc.).
N
- Support demo runs, validation trials, and shop-floor observations.
N
- Coordinate with QA, QC,PRD, and production for sample movement, documentation, and process support.
N
- Maintain process documents, logs, and experimental records.
N




- Participate in troubleshooting and process improvement discussions.
N
- Assist in timely closure of CAPAs, deviations, and change controls related to tech transfer.
N
- Follow ESG policies andensure compliance in daily operations.

- Assist in monitoring consumption of materials during pilot and trial batches to avoid wastage.

- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments effectively.

nExperience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in process development or technology transfer.

NQualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent field.

NIndustry: Pharmaceutical / Fine Chemicals / CDMO / API
