Job Title: Executive – Supply Chain Operations (SCM)

Location: Barrackpore, Kolkata, WB

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Maximum budget up to ₹32,000 for deserving candidates)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Supply Chain Operations to support day-to-

day SCM activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations and possess strong coordination and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle day-to-day operational activities within the SCM department.

 Perform clerical and documentation-related work.

 Create, verify, and release Purchase Orders (POs).

 Coordinate with vendors for procurement and material availability.

 Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.

 Maintain procurement and operational records.

 Prepare operational reports and MIS.

 Conduct data analysis to support procurement and supply chain decisions.

 Assist in technical evaluations and analysis whenever required.

 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.





 Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills

 Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes.

 Knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle.

 Vendor management and coordination skills.

 Vendor compliance knowledge.

 Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Documentation and reporting skills.

 Attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related discipline.

 Certification in Supply Chain or Procurement will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing operations.

 Hands-on experience in procurement and vendor management.

 Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
