Education : CA / CA Inter / MBA

Experience : 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and follow-up of ATR (Action Taken Report).
- Conducting and coordinating IFC Audits.
- Updating and maintaining SOPs.
- Reviewing SOPs and ensuring compliance with defined processes.
- Coordinating audits performed by GT.
- Frequent office travel required (approximately 1015 days).
- Conducting comprehensive testing of internal controls related to financial reporting.
- Participating in risk assessments and control evaluations.
- Collaborating with Finance and Operations teams to gather relevant documentation.




- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls and recommending enhancements.
- Preparing detailed testing documentation and reports.
- Assisting in the development of ICFR policies and procedures.
- Performing Management Audits or special audits as requested by Management.
- Following up on periodic audit findings.
