We're Hiring | Senior Executive, Regulatory Operations & Compliance

? Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Hybrid)

ADVANZ PHARMA is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Executive, Regulatory Operations & Compliance to join our Regulatory Publishing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a regulatory professional with strong expertise in XEVMPD, IDMP, and Regulatory Systems to play a key role in supporting global regulatory compliance and data management initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Managing and coordinating XEVMPD/IDMP submissions to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards

✅ Supporting IDMP implementation activities and regulatory data governance initiatives

✅ Maintaining compliance with European Article 57 requirements and EMA regulations

✅ Working with systems such as Veeva Vault RIM, EDMS, Publishing Platforms, SPOR, PLM, PMS, and IRIS

✅ Driving data migration, validation, cleansing, and process improvement activities

✅ Partnering cross-functionally to enhance regulatory systems, compliance, and operational excellence

We're looking for:

✔ Degree/Postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy

✔ 5+ years of experience with XEVMPD submissions and maintenance

✔ Hands-on experience with IDMP, Regulatory Information Management Systems,



and electronic regulatory submissions

✔ Strong understanding of ICH and regional regulatory guidelines
