Role Description The Senior Executive Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing and executing quality assurance activities across pharmaceutical, herbal, nutraceutical, and injectable product lines. This full-time, on-site role is based in Nagpur and involves planning, implementing, and monitoring quality systems in compliance with WHO-GMP, GMP, ISO, and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and approving SOPs, batch manufacturing and packing records, and validation documents; coordinating internal audits and supporting external inspections; managing change controls, deviations, CAPA, and documentation; and ensuring that manufacturing processes consistently meet defined quality standards.





The role will collaborate closely with production, QC, regulatory, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement, minimize quality risks, and support successful product launches and contract manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems, including GMP, WHO-GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000 requirements, and practical experience implementing and maintaining these standards.

Hands-on experience with QA documentation and controls, including SOP drafting and review, batch record review, validation protocols and reports, change control, deviation management, and CAPA processes.

Experience in audit and compliance activities, such as conducting internal audits, supporting regulatory and customer inspections, and preparing audit responses and follow-up actions.

Technical understanding of pharmaceutical and allied technologies (e.g., solid oral dosage forms, injectables, pellets, granules, creams/gels, taste masking), and ability to work closely with production and QC teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; prior experience in a QA role
