Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to RCC and finishing works.

- Possess working knowledge of MIVAN technology, including MIVAN formwork setting and installation.

- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor labor productivity and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.

- Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and other finishing works.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the project site.

- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate material requirements with the site team.





- Identify and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.

- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in RCC and finishing works in residential/commercial construction projects.

- Valuable knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.

- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site labour.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Familiarity with quality and safety procedures.
