Key Responsibilities

Organic Growth

- Develop and execute SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI Search Optimization (AIO/GEO) strategies.

- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and AI search visibility.

- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement best practices.

Content Marketing

- Own the content strategy for blogs, website pages, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, newsletters, and thought leadership.

- Create SEO-optimized content briefs and collaborate with SMEs, designers, and developers.

- Repurpose content across blogs, social media, email, and campaigns.

Social Media Marketing

- Plan and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Manage content calendars and drive brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

- Track social media performance and optimize content based on analytics.

Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.

- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.

- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.

- Build and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM),



Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and advertising platform pixels.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor website and campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

- Develop dashboards and provide actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.

- Analyze competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills

- 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing with expertise in SEO and Performance Marketing.

- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, AEO, AIO/GEO, and content optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.

- Experience creating and executing content marketing and social media strategies.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity for content creation, keyword research, and workflow automation.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred

- Experience marketing AI, SaaS, Digital Engineering, Cloud, GCC, IT Services, or Technology Consulting companies.

- Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an added advantage.
