?️ Marathi Speaking: Prefferd ⏳ Immediate Joiners Preferred – Candidates who can join within 7–10 days We are looking for an experienced HR qualified with strong exposure to Industrial Relations, Labour Compliance, Statutory Compliance, and Union Handling. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle employee relations and maintain a positive work environment

✅ Manage and coordinate with the Workers’ Union

✅ Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and union-related issues

✅ Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and Statutory Requirements

✅ Maintain statutory records, registers, documentation, and compliance reports





✅ Coordinate with labour departments and government authorities when required

✅ Handle factory HR activities and workforce management

✅ Support HR policies, employee engagement, and employee welfare activities

✅ Work closely with management to resolve industrial relations matters Candidate Requirements: ? Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or any relevant qualification

? Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

? Experience in the Manufacturing/Chemical Industry will be preferred

? Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, and Union Handling

?️ Marathi speaking is Prefferd due to regular coordination with workers, union representatives, and local authorities
