Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Udupi for a Senior Executive – Audit & Tax. The role involves planning and executing statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, verifying supporting documentation,



assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations.

The Senior

Executive will prepare and review direct and indirect tax computations, returns, and related documentation, and assist in handling client queries and notices from authorities. The role also requires coordinating with team members, guiding junior staff, maintaining working papers, and contributing to process improvements and best practices within the firm.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of direct tax including knowledge of Income Tax Return preparation for Firms, Trusts and other Businesses
- Proficiency in working with accounting and tax software tools like Tally, Winman etc
- Strong working knowledge of audits especially Tax Audits under Income Tax Act
- Atleast 2 years work experience in the field of audit and taxation. Candidate who have completed articleship under the ICAI norms are preferred
