- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) for all civil works in the STATCOM substation project.
- Ensure civil construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, client requirements, applicable standards, and contract documents.
- Prepare, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Assurance Procedures.
- Conduct inspections of civil works, including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, structural steel, roads, drainage, cable trenches, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, and third-party inspection agencies for inspections and approvals.
- Verify the quality of incoming construction materials and ensure compliance with approved Material Approval Requests (MARs).
- Monitor field and laboratory testing of construction materials such as concrete, cement, aggregates, steel reinforcement, soil, and backfilling materials.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs), monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify effective closure.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports,



and project quality documentation.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with project quality objectives.
- Coordinate with construction, planning, engineering, and HSE teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into project execution.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality dossiers, as-built quality records, and project handover documentation. Requirements

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engg. with minimum 5 Year Experience. Benefits
