Role Overview Perform engineering work related to Technical Project Lead for Steam Turbines. Prepare and release engineering deliverables as required by peer functions / clients within time and budget with Everllence Quality standards Key Responsibilities Prepare and review RFQs/specifications for mechanical system components based on client specifications, codes, standards, and Everllence requirements.

Perform design calculations, material selection, and provide technical support to procurement and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with ANSI, ISO, ASME, API, DIN EN, HEI, IBR, and other applicable standards.

Participate in client meetings, documentation approvals, and project execution activities.

Support bid, sales, after-sales, and spares teams with technical expertise.

Execute basic and detailed engineering for bought-out components and accessories.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and shop-floor personnel to meet project requirements.

Conduct/participate in vendor inspections, FAT/SAT, qualification audits, and site support activities.

Support erection, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service activities for steam turbine systems.





Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing Essential / Desirable Qualificatios Experience & Skills (What is required for the role) 8–10 years’ experience in steam turbine system engineering (onshore/offshore). Strong knowledge of steam turbine power plant design and engineering.

Experience in preparing and reviewing TG foundation, equipment layouts, force/moment calculations, and thermal expansion studies. Expertise in reviewing customer documents, layouts, and piping routing. Good understanding of steam turbine auxiliaries, oil systems, condensate/condenser systems, valves, heaters, PRDS, and steam accessories.

Experience in piping engineering, including isometrics, pipe supports, BOMs, and customer/consultant coordination. Knowledge of API, CE, and relevant industry standards. Ability to interpret P&IDs;, PFDs, plant layouts, and system schematics. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and PLM systems.
