Senior Ecommerce Product ManagerAbout the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ecommerce Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of creative ecommerce products and AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, sales, and customer success teams to build products that solve real business problems for ecommerce brands and retailers.

This role requires someone who understands both ecommerce operations and modern product management, with a strong focus on data, customer experience, and AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather customer requirements through interviews, market research, and analytics.
- Convert business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Drive AI-powered ecommerce initiatives including analytics, pricing optimization, inventory intelligence, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Prioritize product backlog based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and usage analytics.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand enterprise customer requirements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches, feature rollouts, and release documentation.
- Ensure products meet security, scalability, and performance standards.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Ecommerce or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento,



BigCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Experience working with ecommerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or marketplace analytics.
- Excellent understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Ability to write detailed PRDs, workflows, wireframes, and user stories.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI products.
- Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS and D2C startups.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
