About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer with strong expertise in eLearning development, storyboarding, and enterprise learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating engaging instructor-led and self-paced digital learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia.

This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders and subject matter experts to design impactful learning experiences across leadership, technical, onboarding, and behavioral training domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced eLearning content
- Create storyboards, learning journeys, assessments, and interactive learning experiences
- Develop content using Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and related eLearning tools
- Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and develop learning solutions
- Build leadership, behavioral, technical, onboarding, HR, and finance-related learning programs




- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to enhance learner engagement
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance and accelerate content development processes
- Ensure consistency in instructional design standards and quality
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and deliverables

Required Experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Instructional Design and eLearning development
- Experience developing enterprise learning programs end-to-end
- Strong experience in both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning formats
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Robust understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Experience creating leadership, behavioral, technical, and onboarding content
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Certification in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) or Performance Improvement is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign, is preferred
- Financial Services industry background is an added advantage
