Overview / A large enterprise organization is seeking a Senior Digital Product Leader to drive digital transformation and analytics initiatives across Supply Chain and Operations functions. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring analytics products and data solutions are aligned with operational goals.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and broader Supply Chain operations while owning digital product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery. This leader will partner directly with senior business leaders, prioritize investments, lead high-performing product and analytics teams, and drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to identify business challenges, improvement opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and manage the roadmap for analytics and digital products supporting Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and other operational functions.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Analytics professionals.
- Translate business requirements into scalable digital and analytics solutions.
- Prioritize initiatives and work closely with technology and engineering teams to deliver new capabilities.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and self-service reporting solutions through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish strong data governance practices to ensure data quality, accessibility,



and consistency.
- Measure business impact, track KPIs, and continuously improve products based on user feedback and operational needs.
- Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional strategic programs.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, data, analytics, and technology teams to maximize value delivery.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience supporting Supply Chain and Operations functions from a Product Ownership, Product Management, or Digital Product perspective.
- Experience supporting Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Planning, Procurement, or related operational functions.
- 7+ years leading Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, Product Management, or enterprise data initiatives.
- Proven experience owning digital products from strategy and roadmap development through deployment and user adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with direct partnership experience supporting business leaders.
- Experience leading teams of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, or Digital Product professionals.
- Demonstrated success delivering analytics, reporting, or data-driven business solutions.
- Experience prioritizing product backlogs and aligning technology investments to business objectives.
- Robust understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.

Plusses
- MBA, Master's Degree, or PhD.
- Agile certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or equivalent.
- Microsoft Azure experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, SAP Analytics, or related platforms.
- Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience building reusable enterprise data products.
- Self-service analytics and reporting expertise.
- User adoption, training, and organizational change management experience.
- Global Supply Chain or enterprise transformation leadership experience.
- Design Thinking experience.
