- Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and perform SQL tuning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
- Domain: Mandatory P&C; Insurance domain knowledge.
- Experience: Overall, 8-10 years of IT experience with atleast 4-5 years' experience in core skills
- Core Skills:
o Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
o Advanced SQL skills with the ability to handle complex queries and SQL tuning.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
