Role Overview :

As a Senior Developer specializing in IICS and IDMC, you will serve as a technical anchor for our data engineering initiatives, architecting robust integration solutions that drive enterprise-level decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, data architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performance data pipelines.

By leveraging your deep expertise in Informatica ecosystems, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow, and delivering actionable insights that directly impact our business growth and operational efficiency across our Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata hubs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end data integration solutions using IICS and IDMC to support critical business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Lead the migration of legacy Informatica PowerCenter workflows to cloud-native IDMC environments, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures to optimize data transformation processes, significantly improving system performance for end-users.
- Automate routine data management and file processing tasks by architecting sophisticated Unix Shell scripts to enhance operational reliability.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues, providing rapid resolutions that maintain high availability for mission-critical data services.
- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for Informatica development, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in architecting and deploying complex data integration patterns using IICS, Informatica IDMC, and Informatica PowerCenter within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Unix Shell Scripting, with a proven ability to optimize database performance and automate complex system workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical data strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence project outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of navigating 8 - 15 years of experience in data engineering to solve intricate architectural challenges independently.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment, maintaining high productivity and team synergy across our Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata locations.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a robust foundation in software engineering principles.
