We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing creative and functional interior spaces for our clients. From concept development to project completion, the Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction in executing projects
- Manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines,

budgets, and client specifications

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision, and translate them into cutting-edge and functional designs
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design plans
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and presentations
- Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize project outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to incorporate them into projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes,



regulations, and industry standards in all design projects
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating risks
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust, satisfaction, and repeat business opportunities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in interior design, with a focus on project management and team leadership
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful interior design projects across various sectors (residential,

commercial, hospitality, etc.)

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Skilled certification (e.g., NCIDQ) preferred but not required
