- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) To develop FPS designs ensuring local and international codes & standards with optimal design solutions for the given building.
- Prepare schematic layouts, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with other MEP teams and architectural teams for routing.
- Review vendor data and support commissioning documentation.
- Monitor the schedule and deliver as per the plan.
- Proficient in local codes and standards & Local CFO norms.
- Work experience in designing super high-rise buildings.
- Experience in hydrant system, sprinkler system, detection and alarm system, extinguishers, signages, water spray system, water mist system, gas suppression system.
- Capable of handling the client and its representatives for the project delivery.
- Knowledge on digital and sustainable practices.
