Role Description The Senior Cost Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for interior projects, including materials, labor, and services, to support competitive and accurate proposals.

The Senior Cost

Estimator will analyze project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to forecast budgets, assess financial risks, and recommend cost-saving alternatives without compromising design quality. Daily tasks include collaborating with project managers, designers, and procurement teams,



maintaining cost databases, monitoring market prices, and updating estimates throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves reviewing bids, supporting negotiations with vendors, and ensuring that projects are delivered within approved budgets.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Cost Management and Cost Control for interior, construction, or related projects.

Proficiency in Project Estimation and Budgeting, including preparing detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns.

Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting project data, market trends, and pricing information.

Experience working with estimation or project management software and spreadsheet tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience as a cost estimator or quantity surveyor in interiors, fit-outs projects.

Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
