- Manage multiple projects for contract migration
- Leads Discovery Sessions for Contract Migration
- Understand current location of files and associated metadata
- Abstract mandatory fields from Contracts
- Load Contracts and related documents establishing proper structure (parent-child/related documents)
- Conducts User Acceptance Testing with Client migrated contracts
- Logs and resolves migration/abstraction related issues
- Pre-upload and post upload review and quality check for contracts

Requirements

- Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience with Contract Review
- Good knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law preferred
- Familiarity with Legal Project Management and Ticketing Software Tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Robust relationship builder and problem solver
- Excellent client-facing skills and focus on customer service
- Well Verse with actual data upload activity
