NThe Role As our LinkedIn & Content Specialist, you 'll own Helo.Ai' s LinkedIn presence and the personal brand of our management and sales teams—and write the content that powers it. You 'll grow following,drive engagement, and turn our leaders ' expertise in to a steady,credible voice. We ' re looking for a solid writer who understands LinkedIn deeply and knows how to build a following that turns in to real conversations and leads.

What You'll Do LinkedIn Ownership (Company+Management+Sales)

N- Own LinkedIn for the Helo.Ai page and for management and sales team members

N- Grow following and drive engagement across profiles

N- Reply to comments and spark conversations

N- Track ICP (ideal customer profile) and tailor content to reach them

N- Drive lead magnets and spot inbound requirements and opportunities Personal Branding





N- Ghostwrite thought-leadership content for founders, leaders, and sales

N- Build an authentic, consistent voice for each person

N- Turn their ideas and expertise into a steady content flow Content Writing

N- Write LinkedIn posts, social copy, case studies, website pages, and email content

N- Interpret briefs and shape content for clarity and engagement

N- Keep formatting and grammar clean Content Calendar

N- Own and run the LinkedIn, social, and email content calendar

N- Keep a consistent posting cadence against targets Stay Ahead

N- Keep up with LinkedIn, social, and content trends, and bring fresh ideas Collaboration

N- Work with the SEO specialist on blogs and search content

N- Work with the graphics and video team on visual assets

N- Coordinate with PR and leadership

NWhat We're Looking For

N- 3-5 years in content writing, LinkedIn/social, or personal branding

N- Strong writing and editing, especially short-form and LinkedIn

N- Proven experience growing LinkedIn presence and engagement

N- Comfort ghostwriting for leaders (preferred)

N- Understanding of ICP targeting and lead magnets (a plus)

N- Comfort using AI tools to work faster, keeping voice human

N- A portfolio of LinkedIn/ personal-branding work

NNice to have: experience in startups or with a founder's desk, or writing for tech / SaaS brands.
