Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Content Writer role based in the Mohali district.

The Senior Content

Writer will develop, write, and refine compelling content for the university’s website, digital campaigns, brochures, and other marketing and communication materials.

Responsibilities include planning and executing content strategies aligned with academic and admissions goals, collaborating with marketing, admissions, faculty, and leadership teams to gather information, and transforming it into clear, engaging narratives. The role involves conducting in-depth research on academic programs, university initiatives, rankings,



and events; ensuring all content is accurate, compliant with brand guidelines, and optimized for web and search.

The Senior Content

Writer will also review and mentor junior writers’ work, maintain content calendars, and support key campaigns, such as admissions, scholarships, and institutional branding. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Writing and Web Content Writing, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused copy for academic and institutional contexts.

Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Content Strategy and Research to plan, structure, and support content with accurate, up-to-date information.

Candidates should possess excellent Proofreading and editing skills to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand tone and institutional guidelines.

Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience (typically 4–7 years) in content writing or communications, preferably in higher education, edtech, or related sectors.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment.

Familiarity with SEO best practices, CMS platforms, and basic digital analytics will be an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, a strategic mindset, and a portfolio showcasing high-quality, long-form and web-based content.
