Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the content publishing team, ensuring adherence to defined workflows, SLAs, and file management standards.

Oversee the ingestion, validation, and upload of input and output assets into the DAM, ensuring metadata and version accuracy.

Coordinate with project management, production, and creative teams to track asset delivery milestones and confirm accuracy of final deliverables.

Manage content collection and collation for active projects from DAM, ensuring readiness for production and publishing cycles.

Conduct quality assurance checks for completeness, file naming conventions, and technical compliance before upload.

Ensure compliance with 3rd-party usage rights and campaign-specific timelines.

Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvements to enhance publishing efficiency and metadata consistency.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to content publishers to uphold quality and operational discipline.

Collaborate with DAM administrators and technology teams to escalate issues, implement fixes, and improve tool usability.

Generate and review reports on upload activity, missing assets, metadata errors, and publishing timelines.

Support migration, archival, and governance tasks to maintain a clean and compliant digital asset library.

Maintain updated documentation, workflows, and SOPs for scalable and consistent operations. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media,



Information Management, Communications, or a related field.

5 years of experience in content publishing, asset management, or production operations, including at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Robust working knowledge of DAM systems (e.g., Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager, Iconik, Widen, Aprimo, etc.).

Familiarity with a wide range of file formats — video, image, audio, design, and document.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across creative, media, and technology functions.

Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows and drive operational improvements.

Preferred Skills

Experience in metadata management, taxonomy, and version control.

Understanding of creative production and media workflows.

Ability to work effectively in structured, deadline-driven environments.
