Role Description Location- Bangalore AWS Services Proficient in Ec2 S3 IAM VPC Route53 Cloudwatch Security Groups EBS Serverless Proficient in Lambda Fargate API Gateway CloudfrontECS Monitoring Tool Good knowledge on GrafanaBSM Splunk Unix Proficient at Unix commands Ex File Handling and Management System Monitoring and process control Permission Ownership Networking etc SQL Queries Good knowledge on understanding the queries Proficient in Analytical and troubleshooting skills Key Responsibilities Provide Off line support to VGCS applications Be available and communicate with end users via telephone and email Inbound and Outbound Respond to and handle calls by phone or email in a qualified and efficient manner Attend to functional and technical questions and issues that arise within the applications supported Diagnose BSM alarms call and mail in IncidentRequest management tool by following SOPs Follow up and seek solutions for application issues follow ups with different support teams Be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the relationship with all involved stakeholders Follow defined escalation path for unresolved issues Take necessary actions to expedite the resolution process
