Job Title:Senior Coordinator – Human Resources (Payroll Operations)

Location: Chennai (OMR, Kandanchavadi) – 5 Days Work from Office

Experience: 4–6 Years

Compensation: Up to 9 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice / Up to 45 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for medium to large employee populations.
- Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishments Act, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
- Handle payroll governance, compliance reporting, and internal/external audits.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and manage payroll-related HR operations.
- Drive process automation, digitisation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support payroll controls, audits, and compliance activities.

- Required Profile

- 4–6 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations,



Shared Services, GCC, SSC, or KPO environments.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll audits, and labour regulations.
- Experience with payroll systems, HRMS platforms, and vendor management.
- Proven ability to improve processes through automation and digitisation.
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution preferred.

- Preferred Background

Candidates from GCCs, Captives, SSCs, KPOs, or Payroll Service Provider organisations.
