Position: Senior Construction Manager

Location: Mumbai Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience - Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management.

- Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Experience with multinational construction companies, EPC contractors, or PMC organizations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure successful execution of high-rise building projects.

- Review and monitor contractors' construction methodologies, work schedules, resource deployment, and progress against approved project plans.
- Coordinate with the Client, design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, project quality standards, and applicable codes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Ensure strict compliance with Samsung C&T; standards, HSE requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee construction sequencing, interface management, and coordination among civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Conduct regular site inspections,



progress review meetings, and coordination meetings with contractors and consultants.
- Review and verify contractors' work progress, resource planning, and construction quality.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting by coordinating with planning and project controls teams.
- Ensure effective management of construction risks, site logistics, and productivity improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary site teams to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills - Extensive knowledge of high-rise building construction methodologies and project execution.

- Solid understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in construction planning and project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Preferred Experience - Experience managing premium commercial, mixed-use, residential high-rise, or large-scale institutional building projects.

- Familiarity with international construction standards, QA/QC processes, HSE management systems, and best practices.
