Job Title - Senior Configuration Engineer

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Location - Pune (Work from Office) Education - B.E/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, IT and Computer only Budget for this role - 5 LPA to 7 LPA About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Configuration Engineer with hands-on experience in ERP implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

Experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industry will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities: Configure, implement, and support ERP solutions based on business requirements. Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system configurations. Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementation projects.

Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities. Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.



Prepare and maintain configuration documents and process workflows.

Provide user support and recommend process improvements. Ensure successful delivery of ERP implementation projects within timelines. Key Skills:

Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or functional support. Strong understanding of ERP modules and business processes.

Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, and testing. Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industry. Exposure to project-based ERP implementations. Knowledge of procurement, project management, inventory, or related ERP modules. (Note: Interested candidates can apply on [email protected])
