Role Overview

We are seeking a Consultant / Senior Consultant – Infrastructure Management with 2–3 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure project management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing infrastructure projects, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities

? Oversee Infrastructure Operations & Reporting

Track progress and performance metrics; lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution.

? Drive Technical Documentation

Prepare, review, and vet technical and project documents to ensure quality and compliance.

? Manage Client & Contractor Relationships

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors; lead progress meetings, review presentations, and ensure smooth communication.

? Research Next-Gen Construction Technologies

Assess the feasibility and adaptability of emerging construction technologies.

? Develop Technical Policies & SOPs

Assist in policy making, SOP development, and implementation.

? Leverage Technology





Build technology-driven solutions and services for problem-solving and measurable public impact.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Structural engineering from a recognized university (Master's degree will be an added advantage).

2–3 years of professional experience in civil engineering, infrastructure development, or project management.

Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and other technical/project documentation.

Strong understanding of infrastructure project planning, execution, monitoring, and quality assurance.

Proven experience working with clients, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders.

Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management/documentation tools.

Ability to read, write, and speak Gujarati is mandatory.
