We are seeking an experienced Senior CMS Solution Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead the end-to-end implementation of a large-scale enterprise CMS transformation. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary client-side technical lead, driving architecture, solution design, and implementation while collaborating with implementation partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of enterprise CMS experience with 5+ years in AEM architecture
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
- Strong Java/J2EE and up-to-date frontend framework experience
- Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Headless CMS
- Experience integrating AEM with Commerce Cloud, Salesforce , and third-party applications
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms ( AWS or Azure ), CDN, Dispatcher, caching, security, and performance optimization
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, multilingual AEM implementations and managing implementation partners
- Excellent stakeholder management, architecture governance, and technical leadership skills
Preferred:
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs
- Adobe certifications and cloud-native architecture expertise
- Experience defining architecture standards, best practices, and governance for large-scale AEM implementations
