Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bathinda. The individual in this role will lead civil engineering design and execution for industrial and commercial projects, including structural, site development, and infrastructure works. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design drawings and calculations, overseeing stormwater management plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to codes, standards, and client specifications.

Engineer will manage project planning for civil works, monitor progress in office, resolve technical issues, and support quality, safety, and cost control objectives.



The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with contractors and vendors, and contributing to continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in civil engineering, with proven experience in Civil Engineering Design and applied Civil Engineering across industrial and commercial projects.

Demonstrated ability to lead and guide Civil Engineers, including team coordination, technical review, and mentoring responsibilities.

Experience in project Planning for civil works, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with other engineering disciplines.

Specialized skills in Stormwater Management, including drainage design, hydrology analysis, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

Hands-on experience with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.

Proven ability to manage on-site construction activities, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Previous experience in EPC or infrastructure projects in North India is an advantage.
