What is the role of the Senior Campaign Manager?
As the Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for ideating and managing the marketing content, delivering extremely creative approach and executing surprising results. You will also lead the content team in the right direction by managing and supporting them. You will be responsible for initiating data driven executions and providing developmental feedback.
Responsible for:
· Output and quality of marketing content/creative work
· Hiring, training, monitoring and guiding the team
· Building and evolving brand/content guidelines
· Conceptualizing campaigns for marketing, keeping current trends in mind
· Creating and managing the Campaign calendar
· Managing, monitoring, analyzing, refining and optimizing campaigns
· Initiating innovative campaigns & ideas to leverage maximum capabilities
· Collaborating with the design team to get the best
Skills and experience necessary for this role:
- Strong written communication skills in English Language
- 5+ years of experience
- Robust analytical skills
- Experience in mentoring a team of minimum 5 members
- Consulting background would also work
