About the Role

Brands Accord LLP is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development Expert to drive strategic business growth, acquire high-value clients, and build long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, revenue generation, and team collaboration.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new market opportunities, negotiate complex business deals, and contribute significantly to the company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-value business opportunities across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business owners, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and client meetings to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry events, digital platforms, and strategic outreach.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial agreements, and partnership plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen the company's market position.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.




- Mentor junior business development executives and contribute to improving sales processes and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5–10+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Solid network of corporate clients and decision-makers is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Experience in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Dehradun are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Media, Advertising, Branding, Publishing, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.
