NWe're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients discover innovative visualization solutions.

NKey Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
N
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
N
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (ability and willingness to travel is a must).
N
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal creative team to develop customized proposals.
N
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
N
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
N
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports.
N
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
N
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

N

- 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
N




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
N
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
N
- Experience selling B2B services is preferred.
N
- Self-driven, organized,and target-oriented.
N
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

- Ability to understand technical and creative services and communicate their value effectively.
