Senior Business Development Executive

At Studio AsA/Tiace, we build lasting client relationships and drive growth through strategic partnerships. We're looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, manage the complete sales cycle, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and market intelligence.
- Achieve business targets while ensuring client satisfaction.




- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling B2B clients and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
